Hi, I’m Nancy (she/her) thank you for being here. I deeply appreciate creating a nurturing environment where anyone can experience the healing benefits of safe touch, mindfulness, and focused care. When I’m not in the treatment room, I’m usually outdoors enjoying the seasons with my familia and closest amigas. I love how the ordinary can feel extraordinary simply by stepping outside.

Am I the right therapist for you in a therapeutic setting?

My continued goal is slowly move towards completely honouring a collaborative practice where clients are kept engaged during sessions with active release techniques and integrative movements cues. My intention is to focus on nervous system regulation and myofascial techniques. If you are looking for solely relaxation spa type of treatments, then I may not be the right therapist for you. If you are looking for targeted, long-term goal oriented bodywork, I would love to work with you.
