This unique method combines the art of barefoot healing with intuitive therapeutic touch, blending myofascial release techniques and restorative deep connective tissue therapy. A specially designed sarga silk is attached to the bottom of the massage table, allowing practitioners to deliver consistently firm pressure influencing the nervous system and focusing on the fascia.

Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage uses the broadness of the therapist’s feet instead of traditional hands-on methods to apply deeper pressure with fluidity and mindfulness. Overhead bars are used to leverage bodyweight for an effectively deep massage experience. This method targets deeper muscle layers, promoting relaxation and stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system for restorative benefits.

A therapeutic session that focuses on the temporomandibular joint area, mainly addressing the jaw, neck and the scalp to alleviate pain caused by dysfunction. Using local CBD products and/or Botnia skincare products, this holistic approach will be paired with a psoas release and/or hip flexor/glute stretch for a comprehensive treatment.

Somatic Touch is a session combining therapeutic touch, mindful movement, and nervous system support through the lens of Somatic Experiencing® as an SE trainee. Clients remain comfortably dressed (sports bra + shorts, or fully clothed) as we explore gentle touch, embodied movement, and internal awareness—supporting regulation, tension release, and a deeper connection to self.
